Danny Krakower, who joined the CaringMatters Board of Trustees in 2024, is a partner at Shulman Rogers, P.A., a full-service law firm based in Montgomery County, which has served local, regional and national clients for over 50 years. Danny has nearly 40 years of experience as a business attorney and advisor, helping clients effectively navigate general business operations, business transactions, and real estate joint ventures. As a testament to his ability to strategically guide businesses, Danny was appointed to lead Shulman Roger’s Strategic Planning Committee, and was elected by his fellow partners to serve on the firm’s Board of Directors.

Danny is a native Washingtonian with longstanding ties to the community, including prior service as a volunteer board member and general counsel to other charitable organizations in Montgomery County. He is married to Julie Krakower, a long-time supporter and volunteer of CaringMatters.
