Jeff Ruark is an attorney with Heise Jorgensen & Stefanelli in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Since graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2015, Jeff’s practice has focused primarily on estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, and real estate. Jeff has given several educational presentations on estate planning in the local community, including senior living facilities where he is a frequent visitor. Jeff also serves in a fiduciary capacity as guardian, Personal Representative, Trustee, and agent under financial Powers of Attorney.
