Neil, who joined the Board in 2024, is the President and CFO for Advanced Nursing & Home Care, a leading Montgomery County home care company focused on advancing the wellbeing of care recipients and their surrounding support caregivers. During his decades-long career at Advanced Nursing & Home Support, Neil has been a supporter of Caring Matters and its caregiver support programs.

Neil was educated in England, obtaining an Honors degree in Business Economics from Reading University, before coming to America and founding a successful Tax and Accounting firm in Maryland. He is the proud parent of five children and, along with his wife, Melissa, committed to giving back to the community and supporting those in need.
