Unless specified, all auction items and services must be used within the time frame set out in the guidelines of each item. Dates and times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and the buyer. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. 
 

A credit card must be entered into Betterworld.org to bid on auction items.  The card will not be charged unless there is a winning bid.  The system automatically tells you the next bid increment, but you may bid higher.  The system will also ask if you would like to set up a max bid amount the first time you bid on an item.  No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed. All items are non-transferable.  
 

The online auction closes September 24, 2022 at 7pm.  At this time staff in charge of fulfillment will contact each paid winner to arrange for pickup of their item.
